He is having expertise in Statutory Audit,Income Tax and GST and had done audit of Pharma Companies, IT Companies, Hardware Consultancy Companies, Hotels, Plastic Manufacturing Companies, Banking Companies, Charitable Trust, Rotary Clubs etc. Had done Internal Audits, GST Audits of many business. Having specialised knowledge in Income Tax and GST and had given consultancy to more than 200 clients consisting of Individuals, HUF’s, Partnership Firm, Companies, Trusts, etc. He is having rich experience in foreign taxation, Non profit organisation matters and start-up matters.

CA Jatinder Kumar is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) and holding Certicate of Practice (COP) since 2017. He is having expertise in Startup, Foreign taxation and company law matters. He has done audits of PSU Banks and various public sector companies. He has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate taxation system. He have assisted many companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more.

CA Abhsihek Sachdeva is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) since 2017 and holding the Certificate of Practice (COP) since 2019. He is a Banker turned Startup Strategic consultant with clients situated globally. With Certifications including Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection, Concurrent Audit of Bank, Xero Advisor and Quickbooks Pro Advisor, he is completing his Masters in Economics.
He has attended courses on Corporate Finance from the professor of New York University, with focus on Financial Modeling and Valuation.
